These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Catalyst Options™ (the “Service”), a service operated by Catalyst Options LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is provided through the website catalystoptionsai.com; “Catalyst Options” is a brand and product name of Catalyst Options LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Catalyst Options provides watch-only options-flow analytics and confidence scores for informational and educational purposes. The Service does not execute trades, connect to any brokerage for order placement, or manage money.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Confidence scores and signals are analytical indicators only. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss, and past signal patterns are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for consulting a licensed professional where appropriate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Authentication is provided through our third-party provider (Supabase).
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal (“Manage Subscription”); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change on prospective notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract data, scores, or content from the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying scoring models or source code;
- use the Service to violate any law or any third party’s rights;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or circumvent access or rate limits.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, design, and the “Catalyst Options” name and marks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
7. Third-party data
Market, options, and news data are obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Data is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Your use of such data may be subject to the terms of the underlying providers.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, as further specified by us, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action to the extent permitted by law.
